Fatal Motorcycle Crash in Fort Worth

A man died early Friday when his motorcycle crashed into a sign near the intersection of Trinity Boulevard and Norwood Drive in northeast Fort Worth, police said.

The Fort Worth News reported, the man’s name was unavailable early Friday.

Police were called the wreck at 2:21 a.m., said Lt. Paul Henderson, police spokesman. The area is near the Bell Helicopter plant.

The man was riding a 2005 Harley Davidson Road King eastbound on Trinity Boulevard when he lost control and crashed into a sign and median in the center of the road, Henderson said.

A MedStar ambulance was sent to the scene, a dispatcher for the agency said. However, the man died at the scene, Henderson said
