Woman and Two Children Killed in Crash

A woman and her two young daughters were killed in a crash Friday morning in far west Bexar County.

The San Antonio News reported, the victims were identified as Cynthia Garcia, 26, and her daughters Nana, 6, and Abigail, 9.

Bexer County sheriff's deputies said Garcia tried to cross Highway 90 West at Mechler Road to drop off her daughters at school at 6:50 a.m. when an Allied Waste Services truck broadsided the vehicle.
