Denton woman sues after slip and fall on a soapy CVS floor
The slip and fall victim is According to her personal injury lawsuit, Avelar suffered physical pain, mental anguish, disfigurement and impairment as a result of the accident. She is also suing for her medical expenses. The suit alleges that the soap at the front entrance of the store, Little Elm CVS, created a dangerous condition. It further alleges that the defendants either knew about the soap or should have known about the soap.
