Teen killed after being broadsided by 18-wheeler
A 15-year-old was killed in a car accident involving an 18-wheeler. The accident took place on Tuesday evening near Zille and a passenger were traveling in a 2007 Chevy Impala when they pulled out onto U.S. 84 in the direct path of an oncoming 18-wheeler. The victim killed in the crash was Zille’s passenger, Lizette Sandoval, also 15. Zille was flown to University Medical center. His current condition has not been released.
