Six injured in multi-vehicle wreck in Dallas

Six people were injured in a multi-vehicle chain of collisions on the I-30 bridge over the Trinity River in Dallas.  The sequence of crashes commenced when a tractor-trailer rig slammed into the rear of a cement truck.  The impact caused the cement truck to flip over the center median, where it was hit by an oncoming 18-wheeler truck and four passenger vehicles.  The injured individuals included the drivers and passengers in the four vehicles.  Traffic was shut down for six hours as a result of the wreck.
