Fears | Nachawati has sued Apple over privacy issues. The suit alleges that the company was using its iPhone and iPad to route private user data to third-party advertisers without users' knowledge or consent. Many creators of applications for these devices have also been named as defendants. The firm is continuing to investigate Google's Android platform to determine whether its users have suffered the same kinds of privacy violations as Apple's users.
