Grand Prairie man killed on I-20 frontage road

An elderly Grand Prairie man was killed on the westbound I-20 service road Thursday night.  Authorities say that the man was attempting to cross the frontage road in order to return to his vehicle, which was disabled in the breakdown lane of the highway.  He was hit by a pickup truck.  The victim was taken to Medical Center of Arlington where he died from his injuries.
