One killed and two others injured in south Fort Worth wreck

One person was killed and two others were critically injured in a south Fort Worth wreck.  The accident occurred in the 2200 block of 8th Avenue.  One person was declared dead at the scene, while the other two victims were rushed to an area hospital for treatment.  Authorities are continuing to investigate whether fprescription drugs, faulty equipment or another cause may have contributed to this tragedy.
