San Antonio Beauty Queen Sues Miss San Antonio Officials
Dethroned Miss San Antonio, Dominique Ramirez, appeared in court last week in a lawsuit she hopes will restore her status as beauty royalty – and give her the opportunity to compete for Miss America.
At issue in the trial is whether Miss Ramirez’s crown was revoked for arbitrary or legitimate reasons. Miss San Antonio officials argue that Miss Ramirez lost her title because she was unreliability, frequently tardy, and physically unfit. For her part, Miss Ramirez claims that these reasons are completely fabricated.
