Spring Lake North Carolina Mother, Lashanda Denise Mann-Pendergraft, tragically passes away in crash with Dump Truck
Lashanda Mann-Pendergraft tragically passed away according to local Spring Lake North Carolina News reports on October 3, 2011 after a speeding dump truck struck her vehicle after the driver of the construction truck ran a red light. The truck driver, Cleveland Glenn, was employed by R.E. Goodson Construction Company. Apparently, several complaints were made in the past about speeding construction trucks. My condolences go out to the family, as this was a tragic crash that could have been prevented.
