Driver of Service Truck Killed in 18-Wheeler Accident

Although often ignored, drivers like Glenn Anthony Barbier, a service truck driver from Bon Wier, Texas, provide an important service. Tragically, harm came to Mr. Barbier late last week when an 18-wheeler slammed into his truck. Barbier was on his way to help a stranded motorist when he stopped a red light, leaving himself exposed to an 18-wheeler travelling at a high rate of speed. The driver of the big rig attempted to stop, but it was too late. He rear-ended the service truck, killing Mr. Barbier.
