Car Hauler Careens Into I-30 Overpass
This morning Dallas drivers were forced to creep around the wreckage of a damaged car hauler and its destroyed cargo on their way to work. The wreck occurred when the car hauler, transporting a van, attempted to pass underneath an overpass on I-30. Unfortunately for everyone involved, the height of the car hauler and its cargo was taller than the overpass clearance. As a result, the van slammed into the overpass at high speed, flinging car parts across the normally busy highway.

What caused today’s accident? At first glance, it looks like it was a car hauler and van that were just a little too tall for the route the driver took. While this explanation is true, it leaves out an important part of the story: the driver’s recklessness.
