Legal Commentary

Unfortunately, workplace fatalities and injuries happen all too often. In this situation, the most prevalent legal matter to pursue is that of a civil case.
From a civil standpoint, our firm has represented numerous families who are the victims of workplace accident tragedies. The family of Mr. Alfaro should most certainly consult with an attorney to file a wrongful death claim against Mr. Alfaro’s employer. While no dollar amount will reverse the death of Mr. Alfaro, a successful civil claim against this company will enable Mr. Alfaro’s family to cover all of his medical and final expenses; leaving them more time to focus on the grieving process during this difficult time for them.
