The victim was 37-year-old Larry Lepley of Lepley was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. The cause of death was cited as blunt force trauma. Police say that Lepley’s bike had no front or rear lights. The speed at which the truck was traveling at the time of the accident is still unknown. The accident remains under investigation. A Burleson, Texas, woman is dead after a head-on collision with a tractor trailer on Monday evening.
The deadly accident took place about five miles south of Cleburne, Texas. The deceased victim is 24-year-old Megan Porter who was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
Porter, who was wearing a seatbelt, was driving on Farm Road 1434 when she entered a curve at an unsafe speed. Her car skidded left into the northbound lane where it collided head-on with a tractor trailer. The driver of the tractor trailer was Juan Castaneda of Cleburne, Texas.
