Motorcyclist killed in wreck with 18-wheeler

A motorcyclist was killed early Friday in a wreck with a tractor trailer.  The motorcyclist rear-ended the 18-wheeler on State Highway 183 near Story Road.  Investigators believe that the motorcyclist was heading east on the highway at a high speed when he crashed into the tractor trailer, which was traveling at normal highway speeds.  The motorcyclist was wearing a helmet, and was pronounced dead at the scene.  The truck driver was not injured in the wreck.
