HOUSTON, TEXAS – Jason Dixon was arrested at the scene of a four car accident in west Harris county on eastbound Clay Road on September 1, 2015. He was charged with two counts of intoxication manslaughter, after Vincente DeLeon and Reyualdo Landin were killed in the crash. First, Mr. Dixon ran a red light at the intersection of Highway 6 and the 16200 block of Clay Road. A Ford E35, a Toyota Rav-4, and a northbound Jeep were all hit by his 2009 Kia Sedona in the resulting wreck.
