Legal Commentary

Although investigators have yet to determine a responsible party in this accident, a collision that occurs at an intersection almost always has at least one party who is at fault, usually as a result of someone failing to yield to the right-of-way, or failing to obey traffic signals and/or signs. Once it is determined who was at fault for this severe car accident, the victim should most certainly pursue legal representation in order to help recover various losses incurred, such as: injuries, money owed from unexpected health care costs, time off from work, emotional anguish, and damage to their personal property. Consulting with a personal injury attorney can give victims of severe car accidents, such as the one mentioned above, peace of mind by informing them of their legal options and creating the best course of action to help them get back to their normal lives. If you have been directly involved in an automobile accident, our experienced team of personal injury attorneys can provide the legal guidance and representation you need to successfully pursue a claim against those responsible.
